I have been using Pitch for creating presentation for my business related work and its been a smooth experience overall. The interface is simple, easy to process and saves time if compared to other tools. It is best when you are working with a team it helps to organize and collaborate efficiently. The templates present are best according to my requirements.

Have been using Pitch.com's AI before…

Have been using Pitch.com's AI before for pitches. Now trying to create something very simple, where the instructions are very clear in terms of layout, slide titles slide content, colors etc, and it continues to create something completely different. basically renderig pitch.com with no value add compared to conventional presentation programs. Thats a clear update path for you.

Didn't like the product, but they tried to bill

I've luckily blocked their payments from my credit card. I tried their software using their trial, realized it was not what I needed. Reached out to support and they just told me I should cancel online. Then tried to bill me after the trial ended.If I reach out to you it means I want to cancel it and at that moment I couldn't log in on a laptop as I was traveling. I know you can do better and follow up to a request.

Will go back to canva

This appears to be a fraudulent scheme. Please exercise caution and refrain from responding to any unexpected emails from them. It's important to note that i never signed up for a trial with them. And they just appeared on my inbox. SCAM ALERT

The idea is good but...

The idea is good and could be a really useful tool but the software and execution is very poor. Customer service is also poor they take such a long time to reply, by then I found better websites, the how-to guides are poorly written and do not provide any help. I screenshotted all the pages of the template I wanted to use and created it myself in PowerPoint in less than 30 mins. I now have the design I wanted but am able to use it in an easier to use straight forward software. Pitch.com has ...

Good idea, but bad software, not good for work

Good idea, but bad software. If you delete the slides there is no possibility to restore them. You have to ask for human intervention and yet the slides are not found. If you import the slides in pdf they are not transformed into ppt. It is not possible to put justified text. You pay for a buggy service. Not recommended

Not usable on iPad

Not usable on iPad. App and website are not optimized.
