Doesn't respond to opt out requests

Filled out their opt out form to remove my private information even though I had already opted out so why it was added back is beyond me. Got a confirmation email so I know they received it, but here we are over four weeks later no response and the information has not been removed. Sent a follow up email, a week later and still no response and the information has not been removed. The set up process was a bit of a challenge for someone not as techie as I am. It's very reliable and has given us a lot of confidence in our vetting processes. What do you dislike about Pipl? Some queries don't show up for certain metrics, for example, I might look up an address and get no results, however, I might look at the phone number and that exact address will come up. The databases may not be accurate but it can be manually logically filtered. What problems is Pipl solving and how is that benefiting you? Pipl helps identify identities to see if they're real. This is a problem we are facing in the fraud industry.

What problems is Pipl solving and how is that benefiting you? validating emails go to the owners, and ph numbers go to the the email person as well. This is used for fraud detection and is helpful.
