Visual and easy to use CRM tool.
What do you like best? Nice visualization, which makes it easy to learn and fun to use. Very usefull feature is web clipper, which I haven't seen in other CRM tools. What do you dislike? So far I have discovered only one downside - Pipeliner is available only in 4 languages (english, deutsch, spanish and portugese), I would expect also french & chinese. The dashboard too has everything you need to see where you are with your current process so it gives you better decision making abilities. What aspects are problematic or could work better?
