PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? It is user friendly and requires no IT administrator. It has the customization option to fit any kind of business. What aspects are problematic or could work better? I have not encountered any aspects that are in any way problematic. It works just great! I absolutely love Pipeliner CRM!It is easy to navigate, has so many easy to use features, it can be easily customized to fit any business process and it does not require a full time administrator to use it.Also... it is actually quite affordable! This is the best investment our company is made in a long time.
