Pipeliner CRM has improve focus for my team
Pipeliner CRM for has gin acceptability with my staff for its simplicity and easy use, its combination of leading and lagging indicators has made forecasting easy, show us what we should focus on and finally it save us huge consistent administration cost.

Pipeliner is a very good tool, even if we only use it for Contact Management.
What do you like best? I love the customer service/support. The migration team was really good and helped us get our data in the system without any issues. We primarily use Pipeliner for only contact/account management. While we've had a few issues here and there from our migration from Maximizer, we've found that the product is really solid overall. Ease of use
What do you like best? Being able to use the app and desktop seamlessly across multiple platforms. What do you dislike? Having to manual sync from time to time. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? The app is very user friendly so I've been able to use it at dinners, meetings, or when there is no internet access. Also, the desktop works well with the hybrid version for use when in an area with no internet access

Great sales tool for a small sales team!
What do you like best? Complete access to update on mobile app. Ease of use for non-computer oriented sales people. Ability to use mobile app for maps or to phone customers. What do you dislike? Advanced CRM with a great user experience and great support
What do you like best? Pipeliner has helped us gain visibility into our sales process which has lead to improvements. We like how we can tailor the system to our business needs.
