Very easy to use
What do you like best? Ease of use. Also, someone always answers the phone when you call in for help. What do you dislike? It is super easy to set up. Then, it's easy to adjust it to match your business processes. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Sales opportunities don't slip through the cracks any more. We are able to keep up to date on tasks and communication with our clients.

Great Organization Tool
What do you like best? Pipeline deals makes it so easy to organize all your customer info and the different tasks for that customer. It is super easy to use and navigate. What do you dislike? There's not a whole lot to dislike about pipelines. There are minor nit picky details that they could improve on . What do you like best? What i like best about Pipeline Deals is how simple the product is to use. I love the text and email alerts to remind me of all my appointments so i am on top of everything - it's better than a personal assistant. Reports are easy to pull, the system is customizable. What do you like best? What we found best about using Pipeline deals what that we could start using it 'out of the box' with very little set up. The structuring is intuitive and it makes it easy for us to track our clients and our deals. And the reporting is flexible and useful. Pipeline Deals is a perfect all around CRM solution.
What do you like best? It is low cost with an annual pre-pay discount, trial period and super easy to use software. The smartphone app is continually updated and makes it easy to see contacts and appointments and make changes on the go.
