Simplistic & Organized
What do you like best? From having experience with two other CRMS (Microsoft Dynamics & Salesforce I believe Pipeline deals offers a more simplistic approach to keeping information organized and still offering all the benefits of a CRM. Easily access all sales prospects to manage people and information.
What do you like best? Immediate access to look at past notes and check contacts. What do you dislike? Recent change to app doesn't show the title of contacts. Great experience in comparison to Salesforce.com
What do you like best? I am able to annotate notes, conversations and follow-up dates that trigger next actions. Our team is now using the deals tab as our outlook tool. This save a lot of time over the old way of exporting deals into Excel then massaging the information. Easy to use, great organizer and time saver! What do you dislike? Organized, quick references, easy to navigate
What do you like best? The events and the option to push something out a day or 7. The agenda options to create your own lists are also a great feature What do you dislike? The software is excellent and very user friendly.
What do you like best? The ability to enter detailed information on each new person added to the files. Can enter multiple contact numbers and addresses. What do you dislike? I do not use the agenda at all. I use the activities area extensively. There are no other dislikes.
