Quick easy and efficient

What do you like best? Simplicity of it. The interface is very slick and easy to use. What do you dislike? The application could be upgraded to a bit to match the online capability. Excellent CRM for a Startup

What do you like best? PipelineDeals is easy to get started with, flexible, powerful and cost effective What do you dislike? Nothing. We are generally happy with PipelineDeals What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We needed a solution to manage all of our prospects and various supply chain contacts. PipelineDeals has helped us get more organized and allows us to work together more efficiently.

Pipeline deals

What do you like best? I enjoy running reports and filtering customers for the best sorting results. I also export to excel files so I can use other reports for the business. What do you dislike? Sometimes it is complicated to add new customer. It's unclear if it should be under a business or new customer. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Organizing customers for sales opportunities and reviewing sales for monthly goals

What do you like best? Emails can be sent from pipeline, this means that you can communicate from pipeline itself and not go back to a different app like outlook, etc. It makes it a lot easier. What do you dislike? Some limitations. It would be a lot better if there were more additional options to go ahead and log more information. What do you like best? I like the ease of adding deals, clients, and companies What do you dislike? The reporting features. There should be an easy way to run a report by salesman, sales group, or company. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It does keep track of our deals and organizes well.

Good, affordable, easy to use, basic CRM

What do you like best? Reasonably affordable and very easy to setup and use. Implemented quickly with very little assistance. Custom fields work great and by far the best part of the product is the relationship between company, deal, and people records--far better than almost every other CRM I looked at. Keep track of your business progress with Pipeline Deals

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? This software helps me to keep track of all the deals by assigning documents, email, threads and contact information of the client. On the other side, keeps track of my team’s progress and company’s income. PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? We tried out many CRM apps but found some to be too complicated, while some needed too much data entry. Pipeline Deals turned out to be the right match for us as it is easy to use.
