What do you like best? The best part of PLD is having all the information in one place. We integrate call, meeting, and email data into a single stream so we always know the status of the relationship with each of our customers. What do you dislike? Awesome reporting. Easy to implement. Great customer service.

What do you like best? I enjoy the visual ease of seeing my deals and being able to customize the fields so it is specific to my sales. I also enjoy the ease of looking at my goals and knowing where I stand on a monthly and annual basis. What do you dislike? Great Product, Easy to Use

What do you like best? I like the ease at which I am able to use this. Everything is at my fingertips and I can input so much about certain jobs, customers, etc. You can do multiple things with this, job tracking, customer tracking. What do you like best? I love the pre-defined tasks and follow-ups, this feature alone saves me HOURS each week. What do you dislike? There is Nothing that I dislike about this product. The speed is great and gets me everything I need. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
