Very easy to use!

What do you like best? It is an excellent resource for us to keep track of proposals. What do you dislike? There really is nothing I dislike about Pipelines What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We have been able to stream line all the paper and in one place see who is accepting our bids and who is not. we can then analyze the why.

What do you like best? I am the boss of a small computer company. We have 900 customers with computer parks ranging from 5 to 60 machines. In the past, I have often not remembered a customer to whom I had sent an offer. Sometimes I forgot to send an invoice. And for good reason, with an average of 5 offers per day and with maintenance contracts and other subscriptions more than 500 monthly bills. Excellent sales / deals tool!

What do you like best? The ability to customize the fields in a form and the form itself. Generally there is a way to customize it the way you want and filtering the tables is easy. What do you dislike? It does tend to be process intensive - meaning it does sometimes sit for while and has crashed my browser a few times but otherwise it's not that big a deal. Pipeline is an easy way to keep track of your clients and notes on interactions with them

What do you like best? I like that you can record so many details about your client and the follow ups. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Pipeline helps me keep track of deals we're working on, and provides valuable information about progress at a glance. What do you dislike? It can be hard to update and sometimes things aren't editable when you click on them until you refresh the page. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? What do you like best? I really love the ease of use for this program - it's the easiest CRM I've used at work! I'm sure I don't use it to full capacity but I know it has the capability to do more than what our office needs. I use pipeline deals for tracking prospects and update info on current clients

What do you like best? Very organized, intuitive and extracting reports easily. What do you dislike? Having to click on deals instead of that being my start screen. Recommendations to others considering the product: Yes What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Data management, being able to get custome reports on all my clients quickly and easily.
