Great Flexible Product
What do you like best? I like the fact that we can make changes to the CRM based on what we need from it for data colections. What do you dislike? There are still some limiting factors on what we can do but we usually have work around. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It allows our sales force to coordinate their efforts both on the inside and outside sales. We utilize it for tracking high profile customers and jobs.

A user friendly CRM that is intuitive.
What do you like best? The dashboard on the home page and the ease of use with the filters while organizing my deals. What do you dislike? Occasionally the search has a hard to finding some deals, the email linking feature using [email protected] doesn't always link to the correct email and editing a activity has limited features with adding attachments. Flexible system for growing companies
What do you like best? The best part of PLD is that you can create what you need without all the extra baggage. For those of us that have been through the evolution of SalesForce, there is just too much going on there. PLD strips things down to a manageable level while remaining flexible enough to add appropriate, important custom fields and deal views. What do you dislike? What do you like best? It is customizable. Easy to use. Email tracking and mass mailer is nice. Also making different lists What do you dislike? There are not many cons. But sometimes it moves slowly. Also would like the app to be better Recommendations to others considering the product: Keep using it What problems are you solving with the product? Useful sales CRM tool
What do you like best? The ability to customise sales criteria is very helpful. Ability to "bcc" Pipeline Deals on email keeps CRM up-to-date easily. What do you dislike? Design and user interface could be more slick. Also sometimes can't easily pull contact names from bcc email. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Track sales opportunities through to conclusion. PipelineDeals has reminded us of necessary actions.

Great inner office communication
What do you like best? The facebook-like UI made this CRM very easy to learn how to use when we added it to our admissions team. What do you dislike? Sometimes the integration with gmail would cause comments to double and clutter the comments but we figured out how to resolve that with their amazing customer service team.
