Love this CRM
What do you like best? Very easy to track our deals and prospects. What do you dislike? It is a little difficult to learn, but the customer service chat is always helpful. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are tracking our deals which prevents potential clients from falling through the cracks.

Perfect even for a solopremeur
What do you like best? As a solopremeur I don't have occasion to use the team sharing tools, but I'd be lost trying to run my business without PipelineDeals. From deal tracking to marketing to client service, it helps me organize almost everything I do and keeps me on track. What do you dislike? What do you like best? I like the ability to be able to send multiple emails at once – very efficient and gets the job done. What do you dislike? Often have issues access the software using an outlook account. That issue was never resolved and it was a bit frustrating. It does what I need it to do
What do you like best? I like how I'm able to keep things organized within Pipelinedeals and when it lets me know that deals are slipping away. What do you dislike? Home Page, no e-mail campaigns, slow to laod. The integrations are tedious and it feels very clunky. Honestly, it does what I need it to do for the price we're paying. The business development team have taken this onboard and are using daily to interact with customers and monitor the progress of their potential deals. Great for Tracking Sales and activity
What do you like best? That i can create reports based on lost sales or missed opportunities. I can track my sales for the year and I can see what i have done weekly. I also like the app that i can use on my iPhone to tag customers and activities as I am on the go. Being in sales i am constantly on the go the app makes my life easier. Very easy to navigate and the most beneficial piece of software that i have ever used
What do you like best? The ability to separate into different divisions and sort later. What do you dislike? The inability to remove fields that I do not use Recommendations to others considering the product: Make good notes for yourself. Schedule tasks for yourself.
