What do you like best? The app convenience for use in field on phone What do you dislike? Lack of calendar functionality. Love the reports

What do you like best? I love the fact that I can create reports to view our top seller, our losses and more! What do you dislike? I really can't think of anything right at the moment... What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We have the ability to keep our project managers and estimators separated, wins, losses, easier reporting... many bonuses than our former system of excel!

Pipeline Deals Overly Complex

What do you like best? Pipeline Deals is a good platform for managing large quantities of sales contacts on large sales teams. What do you dislike? The UI of Pipeline Deals is not very user-friendly, in my opinion. It took me a lot of "playing around" to figure out the workflow and different views available for me to use. Good Product, Lacks Penetration

What do you like best? I like being able to send out tracked emails, so you can see how often they've been read. I also enjoy the ease of working with multiple people's quotes and track what's upcoming What do you dislike? Our account manager has not come in to visit since account was established What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Tracking all the multiple jobs open to our team, that we need to follow up and close out one way or another

What do you like best? Ability to add custom fields to the different areas of the system. What do you dislike? activity log is a long stream. when adding an activity whether it is an actual contact with a client or not, it is recorded as a contact and is misleading when running the time since last contact report.
