Overall pretty good
What do you like best? The Notes section is the most valuable section of pipeline. It's great for record keeping and accountability. It's nice to have the option to send your notes to different team members. What do you dislike? The search bar could be better. If you misspell names it doesn't give any options and is therefore very frustrating. We also weren't able to store/transfer our email templates from our previous CRM. Iter-office CRM management tool
What do you like best? Seeing all of the associated deals within our company to that customer. What do you dislike? syncing with google calendar. I have not had much luck integrating this with my address book and it takes a long time to go through the online tutorials . Came from Batchbook, Very Impressed
What do you like best? I'm loving the Pipelines. It is an easy way to keep track of where your leads/prospects/distributors are at in their journey. What do you dislike? I'm not a fan of what was offered in Batchbook vs. what is offered here with the price we were paying there. What do you like best? Easy to navigate, easy to learn, has a bunch of good features What do you dislike? So easy to get duplicate accounts, should be locked down a bit more. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It is a good system, just maybe needs some fine tuning on detecting duplicates.

Easy to use but needs time and experience to use it better
What do you like best? I can see the email chains with a timeline through different colleagues, it helps a lot. What do you dislike? Sometimes, there is a duplicated email showing in history. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Better internal communication when it comes to complicated cases or bigger deals.
