Great CRM, but a few things to improve on...

What do you like best? It is a great way to keep track of job amounts and customer info across our company, helping to keep everyone on the same page. We send alerts to each other often to call customers, approve bills that have been uploaded in the deal, and look at job pictures. What do you dislike? It is hard to search by address. Easy to use

What do you like best? Activity report- I love how Pipeline Deals can track your all of your sales team activities including your own, while working within the CRM. The activity report is most use full, especially with being able to export onto an excel sheet. What do you dislike? The least helpful thing about Pipeline deals is the fact that the email will only track your emails if you are sending to one recipient only, not if there is others cc'd in your email. Been using Pipeline for 4 years now.

What do you like best? Pipeline is a user friendly CRM tool that combines ease of customization with all the features that one uses normally on a dat to day basis. What do you like best? Switched from Pipedrive because PLD supported better communications across our team. What do you dislike? Pipeline is a great starter CRM for new companies

What do you like best? Ease of use is the best in the first 2 years. What do you dislike? When you want the history of an account you need to hit the dreaded SHOW MORE button. What do you like best? Pipeline deals have great CRM for managing relationships, especially over time. The strengths are many, especially when working with teams across multiple offices - for staying up to date and in the loop all the time. What do you dislike?
