New sales rep can use this easily
What do you like best? This is my first time using a sales CRM and it is pretty easy. I have actually been using our AE's account to help keep his stuff organized and it's intuitive. You can add new fields for your specific customer type and that allows for some better reporting. We were using a custom/homegrown solution and this is much better. What do you dislike? PipelineDeals | A better and more useful alternative to Salesforce
What do you like best? PipelineDeals is simple and easy to use. It basically takes little explanation. We use it as a much better contact management system. I like the app version and use it constantly. What do you dislike? PipelineDeals works well for me on the computer but I think the app version could use a bit more work. Lighter version of Salesforce
What do you like best? User interface is easy to navigate - I'm able to create my own dashboard which is beneficial to my role. What do you dislike? And if you deactivated, you can't reduce number of license. What do you like best? The CRM product that our company has chosen has be received as very Intuitive by both our marketing and our sales departments. What do you dislike? I feel that when using a took as much as we do with computers - Color and field design is an important feature. I think more could be done to make this tool easier on the eyes.. What do you like best? I like being able to utilize the mobile version of Pipeline deals. It is an efficient way to keep sales calls in order What do you dislike? What do you like best? The ease of use is the biggest plus for me about PipelineDeals. We have it integrated with our online lead capturing platform and it works really well. The online leads are populated instantly on the PipelineDeals and can then be assigned to the team internally easily. We are then able to keep a track of the entire sales cycle in a seamless fashion.
