Robust CRM
What do you like best? Email scheduling has to be my favorite feature. The search features are cool too. What do you dislike? Expensive. Relationships between records aren't 2 ways. They need to be entered in each record. Recommendations to others considering the product: Give it a try! What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We use it as a basic CRM to organize leads and keep track of important info.

Decent pipeline management tool
What do you like best? Connection between Pipeline and Outlook for easy cross reference and ability to communicate through both and have all of tracked in one place What do you dislike? Difficulty in creating reports, there are no easy ways to craft reports to meet specific criteria and sometimes the math just doesn't add up Recommendations to others considering the product: Really dig into the type of reporting you need and make sure the data can be pulled the way you need it. ...

Customization makes for great usability.
What do you like best? The most helpful thing about PipelineDeals is the fact that you can customize it however you want which makes for a very efficient experience. What do you dislike? One downside is the calendar not having features to differentiate between different users' schedules. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We have solved the problem of tracking the progress of our clients within our process.

Solid project tracking tool. Some issues with completely syncing with MS Outlook.
What do you like best? Great tracking tool for projects; in our business we can have hundreds of projects in multiple stages over many years. PLD keeps them all in one place with useful tools for tracking, sorting, categorizing, etc. It also serves well for forecasting in the short and long term. Good value for the money!
What do you like best? Pipeline Deals works very well for our needs. We do not have a very complex system set up and therefore we are able to use Pipeline Deals easily and efficiently. What do you dislike? Unfortunately, Pipeline Deals does not integrate easily with MAP and therefore it makes it a bit limiting.
