Overall great product with a few bugs
What do you like best? I like the systems in place for keeping organized. I use the agenda every day but can also access by deals by many other categories and prioritize my day. What do you dislike? One bug I do not like is whenever a deal is one, and I convert to a customer every tab I have open the "convert to customer" box is there and I have to click out of each each time. Easy To Use
What do you like best? There are so many ways to organize your client lists, it's very easy to find and keep track of your information. What do you dislike? So far I have not found any downsides to using this program. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? The biggest impact Pipeline has for me is that it acts as a hub for finding and organizing all of my clients projects at once so I don't get them confused.

INCREDIBLY USEFUL FOR LEAD MANAGEMENT
What do you like best? Intuitive to use, links to email, very helpfully visual What do you dislike? no reminder feature if something is wildly overdue What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Our industry moves fast but we cant afford to let projects fall by the wayside if something else comes up. pipeline helps us keep everything front of mind

Pretty darn good.
What do you like best? the bcc for emails. it is really helpful to see conversation history and threads What do you dislike? the search function. way results are displayed Recommendations to others considering the product: integration could be better What problems are you solving with the product? Track and Manage opportunities from prospect to WON!
What do you like best? Being able to keep the entire team up to date with contacts, pending deals, changes all in one location. What do you dislike? Pipeline is a necessity in the workplace
What do you like best? Being able to set reminders to go back and view projects is key to making sure I follow up on leads and win more sales. What do you dislike?
