Very useful tool
What do you like best? I like that Pipeline allows all of my employees to store their data in the same place. I only need one login to check on everything the sales people have been working on, and how often they are updating the information. What do you dislike? Good customizable CRM
What do you like best? Ability to create custom fields and able to map data What do you dislike? Not being able to do any SQL exports just a csv What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We wanted to keep track of all of our student data and sales data. This helped with that

Still learning
What do you like best? I can have an app on my phone to access PipelineDeals. I also like the Agenda to see quickly track what I need to follow up on for the day. What do you dislike? Not sure yet, still learning. Looks a little cluttered on the desktop version but hopefully I’ll get used to it. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I don’t have to carry around paper leads anymore.

Lightweight, but gets the job done
What do you like best? More easily customizable than some other CRMs. Segmenting contacts and companies already within your PD database is very easy. What do you dislike? Updating existing records in bulk isn't always easy and requires a lot of Excel work if you're trying to do something marginally complex. I like that PD will flag potential duplicates...but if the exception report could include the person/company ID for the record along side the reject upload that would save a lot of ...

Concise way to gather all my leads and keep track of converted orders
What do you like best? This serves as a Roladex of business information and a lead/quote tracker. Additionally, it's a great way to track orders and total sales to each company I manage. This allows goal tracking and budgets to be easily managed. What do you dislike? Layout could be more user friendly and maybe MORE customizable.
