What do you like best? I love the interface, the ease of use, the learning curve isn't too hard and it is not difficult to customize. What do you dislike? Pipeline has been an easy-to-use tool to keep our team aligned on customer data
What do you like best? I like the activity feed and being able to track all my customer interactions in one place and keep my manager in the loop easily. What do you dislike? Pipeline deals offers great features as our internal CRM tool.
What do you like best? The most helpful part to our firm is the client tracking and email feature. What do you dislike? The interface is a little difficult to customize in terms of the drop down options What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are solving our business development issues. We've been able to stay on track each quarter much more efficiently.

Definitely a help with managing marketing and prospecting
What do you like best? Pipeline Deals allows me to document interactions with prospects and clients, and create specialized lists using keywords, company role and other options. They are also typically very speedy to respond to requests and happy to share suggested feature improvements with their devs. What do you dislike?
