Great resource for companies
What do you like best? Pipeline has been super helpful in documenting all of the ins and outs for the dog training business I work for. What do you dislike? App isn’t super easy to navigate and could be more intuitive What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Great place to keep notes everyone can access. Ability to tag colleagues in notes is great way to communicate.

What do you like best? Email integration with Outlook allows quick and accurate tracking. I don't need to duplicate effort. What do you dislike? Easy to Use on Laptop and Mobile
What do you like best? I like that I can pull up anything I need from my mobile device when I'm on the go and in between meetings. It's also very easy to use. What do you dislike? I'm not a huge fan of the daily emails for pipeline deal updates. The syncing of contacts was a little tricky too. Intuitive and Keeps Us Organized
What do you like best? First, our sales rep was very helpful--super knowledgeable and thorough. We like that we can see all deals through a literal pipeline to assess where everything is. There are many resources and videos available to answer our questions, and it is easy to use. What do you dislike? Ease of Use
What do you like best? The dashboard is customizable to capture precisely what you need What do you dislike? Report running can be a pain and I find it sometimes timing out Recommendations to others considering the product: Do it!! What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are addressing our number one issue which was the need for a quality CRM that's easy to use and can accomodate the volume of customers we have.

Easy to use but lacks helpful features
What do you like best? The ease of use and that someone of any skill level can use it. What do you dislike? Lack of features in starter package. In order to get the really useful features you have to upgrade. Recommendations to others considering the product: Allow more outlook integration features with the starter version. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It is easy to track deals and who is working on them.

Helpful and Flexible
What do you like best? I like the ability to create a platform that works for us and what we do. What do you dislike? I do wish we could find a way to better integrate some of our other silos in our office to make the processes smoother. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We're using PD to track our progress on deals and make sure we follow up once they're initiated.

What do you like best? It’s just a really easy to use software that paints a very clear picture about my client and prospect base. What do you dislike?
