What do you like best? It is the most user friendly software on my computer. We have been able to systematically set up a sales force nationwide. The user friendly part comes in on all there pages. There reporting side was really thought out on all sides. I am very impressed with customer service! They pick there phone up on the 3rd ring every time for 5 years. A great software overall.
What do you like best? A great internal communication tool. Customizable - not only for the company, but each member of the team can choose what they can see and in what order, etc. Overall, we love this system and it has definitely helped us in growing our business. Great Resource for Measuring Metrics
What do you like best? I like that there are live people that can help you on the phone when you have a question. I like how I can sync my contacts with my email newsletter platform. I also like that I can filter information to get key metrics for marketing purposes. What do you dislike? What do you like best? This CRM is very easy to use and helps me to arrange my salesmanship activity in a handy way. What do you dislike? I still have no any obstacles in using Pipelinedeals as it so helpful toward my job. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I can be easily to manage my schedule in visit the customers, listed them, and know what is the next step to take in make a deals with customer.

More in the pipe than I expected
What do you like best? Pipeline isn't salesforce or a clone. It does it's own thing and fills the niche my team needed it for. What do you dislike? It is missing functionality to integrate with out quote tool What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It helps with tracking our open deals and our customer interactions on a daily basis. We did not have that ability in our ERP and Quote tools

Email linking is awesome!
What do you like best? Email linking is a great feature. Keeps all email conversation about a deal or contact right at your fingertips! What do you dislike? Time consuming to enter contacts. Wish it linked with Cardcam app What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Definitely keeps my contacts organized. The app is great to use prior to a meeting to go through previous conversations of deals.
