What do you like best? Every time I've called Pipeline or had an issue the service is great. The reps are always patient, kind, and respectful...They even waited on hold while I had to wait to get the approval from the other owner on adding a new user. We had a billing issue several months back where we on boarded an employee but the account was never activated. They were able to provided a credit for the months paid but never used while explaining the process to me. What do you ...

Pipeline deals has been a great CRM tool for our company, making it easier to customize deals

What do you like best? I like that we can add in custom fields and move the fields around to better display the most important information to the least important. I like that we can re-arrange the columns in the reports section making reports once we have exported more efficient.
