Easy to use

What do you like best? Keeping track of all my deals. I love using tasks so no one slips between the cracks. I also like creating new list views. Every now and then a pop up appears showing me some useful information about PipelineDeals that I otherwise might not have known about. pipeline helps keep me organized, being able to speak to a customer about a previous visit.

What do you like best? being able to access pipeline from my laptop as well as from the app on my i-phone What do you dislike? i have not yet learned how to see the reminders i set. For example, after i visit a shop, i note a follow up date to a particular opportunity, but to date, i have not had those dates "automatically" appear to me when the specific time finally rolls around... Great for communication and organization

What do you like best? The ability to keep notes within each customer and being able to tag others fro follow ups, etc. What do you dislike? It would be helpful to be able to adjust the home page and customize it more to our needs. We don't necessarily use it for the deals aspect and it would be nice to move that to the bottom. Excellent CRM for everyday use

What do you like best? Entering and connecting data is simple and straight-forward. The ability to customize lists is quite handy as well! What do you dislike? I wish there was a good way to map out calendar events such as visiting multiple clients in a single day. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? PLD has made tracking RFPs a virtually painless task.

What do you like best? Before PipelineDeals, we were tracking all of our wins, losses and prospects in indivspreadsheets all over the country. Pipeline is a wonderful CRM, it is so easy to use and pliable to your own needs. Highly recommend.

What do you like best? The ease of using and adjusting tasks. Keeps you accountable without problems. If you have to actually move a task, or just simply push it out a week, it's that easy. Also, getting to tag Pipeline Deals in as a BCC, and have emails go automatically into your CRM, is a total gamechanger. What do you dislike? The mobile app commonly crashes, that's a bummer :( Sometimes the sort function gets a little bit wonky, but that's not a huge deal. Other than that, it is ...

Amazing CRM with awesome flexibility to customize based on your business needs!

What do you like best? The list is too long, however, the feature of customizing filters and save filter views stands on top of my list. This feature has enabled users to plan their workflows as per their needs independently without us having to do any further developments.
