What do you like best? It was here when I got here, I am not impressed. What do you dislike? It doesn't track our phone calls to the Customer so that it automatically tracks phone calls and we can track them that way. I am not sure if it can do this, it probably does. What do you like best? Easy to use. Cheap. Syncs with email. I don't need all the bells and whistles. Quick Response. What do you dislike? Doesn't integrate with outlook. Not very Print friendly. Best CRM out there
What do you like best? The simplicity of using Pipelinedeals is instrumental in saving time, database organization, and staying up to date with all of my clients. What do you dislike? I don’t have a dislike of Pipelinedeals. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Some CRMs are so overwhelming in organization, not Pipelinedeals. It’s easy to use and maneuver through the database of clients I have hence saving me lots of time.

Very simple platform with very small learning curve.
What do you like best? The ability to filter company, deals, and activity data. As a manager it makes it very easy for me to understand activity levels for various people within the organization. What do you dislike? I wish Pipeline could integrate with Outlook, I think the only downside is you have to manage two calendars and contact lists.
