Pipeline is a Life Saver!
What do you like best? PipelineDeals makes organizing and taking notes a breeze. I manage over 260 accounts worldwide, and keeping everything straight would be a mess without the program! Would be lost without pipeline deals
What do you like best? Lets everyone be on the same page. Notes for clients all go in and we can go back to see what has gone on over the course of the person being our client and the deals we have won under the client. Helps to track commission brought in and helps us stay on top of what we need to close. What do you like best? easy access to edit anything. very customizable and amazing customer service. People on the other side of the phone are so patient and have great suggestions to make our business daily activities even more efficient. Pipeline is a great tool that has allowed me to enhance my relationships with customers!
What do you like best? I use Pipeline everyday. It has enabled me to maximize my sales potential by keeping track of all my customers and their needs. The daily agenda allows me to stay on top of all the necessary steps in my sales cycle. What do you dislike? Fantastic CRM for the price
What do you like best? Pipelinedeals is really great at our small company. It has plenty of useful tools but isn't too bloated. It's also waaaaaaay less expensive than some of the larger CRM's like salesforce What do you dislike? What do you like best? That multiple users can work together without a messy interface What do you dislike? I wish there was a remove template option. An excellent platform for growing sales
What do you like best? PLD is easy to use, has good reporting and drill down capability, provides a comprehensive view of all your opportunities and integrates well with Outlook for managing contacts, communication and task to do follow up. Extremely user friendly
What do you like best? Pipeline Deals is an incredible organizational tool. It is extremely user friendly, and very straightforward. What do you dislike? The downside would be the reports. Those can be confusing. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I am able to keep track of all business, as well as tasks. Extremely useful tool.
