New to Pipeline
What do you like best? The fact that I’ve had no training yet but could still enter my information, navigate, and figure it out on my own because of how user friendly the software is. What do you dislike? Too soon for me to comment at this time. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Emails reminders are a big help and benefit.

Exceptional
What do you like best? Ease of use and customer service is outstanding. What do you dislike? PD cannot be customized 100% for each company What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We use PD to track our Sales Pipeline. This allows us real time exposure to what we have in the works company wide.

Great Product!
What do you like best? Good CRM. Used many before and it's great integration and works well with what I need it to do. The tasks are easy to use and work well with the company as a whole. It all just works very seamlessly. What do you dislike? I dislike that it is unable to integrate with every program I need it to. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Efficiency and less time talking to people to figure things out. It's all in the tasks.

Organization without the complications!
What do you like best? It is quick and easy all while providing valuable tools and resources. What do you dislike? I haven’t come across anything I dislike, it provides precisely what I ask of it. Excellent and Easy to use CRM
What do you like best? Ease of use and data entry is straight forward. Excellent customer service. I have never had to wait for a reply when using the online chat or calling in. What do you dislike? mass emails
What do you like best? I love being able to send out mass emails to hundreds yet personalize it with their individual names. What do you dislike? That I cannot remove a contact name. I also have to click twice to add a pricelevel when adding a vendor contact for an acct. - it takes too much time.
