"Great Company"
What do you like best about Pipeline CRM? PipelineDeals is truly the simplest to use CRM system I have encountered. I enjoy the easy to use interface and their straighforward yet expansive reporting capabilities. Additionally, the support I've received has been a real person every time.

"Decent CRM for Small Business"
What do you like best about Pipeline CRM? This is a decent CRM for Small Business users. It's has a straight forwarded tabbed interface that is realively pleasant to look at, and in general easily allows you to manage Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities, Tasks, and Events.

What do you like best about Pipeline CRM? Pretty cheap at just $15/user/month. Clean user interface. Basic organization of leads, deals, and contacts. Very straight forward setup and layout.
