What do you like best about Pipeline CRM? I think this CRM tool since it is easy to navigate and organize so that you do not waste too much time searching for a contact or a deal that you are working on. For sales, it definitely helps. I've tried many other CRM software and cloud solutions and I would rate this one right up there with the best of them.

"Right balance of purpose built and flexible"
What do you like best about Pipeline CRM? Right balance amount of flexibility: not a generic database that requires tons of customization like Salesforce, it's purpose built. At the same time, it offers the right amount of customization to our organization with custom fields, values, and filterable report views. Also love the daily email reports, and smart deal matching when simply BCCing the system on an email.

What do you like best about Pipeline CRM? For a fully featured CRM application, we really love the price. Nothing better than having the same capabilites you had before with a CRM tool, but now for a fraction of the cost.

What do you like best about Pipeline CRM? It's a proper, modern Web app. Uses some sophisticated UI/UX in the browser, but in tasteful/useful ways — nothing over the top or cumbersome.

What do you like best about Pipeline CRM? While pipeline is very valuable for a plethora of reasons, I have most enjoyed the amazing customer support they provide. If help is needed with any aspect of functionality, a customer service rep has always provided excellent experience.

What do you like best about Pipeline CRM? Previously having used other CRM in the market the last thing you would want to do is get bogged down with too much data entry.
