What do you like best about Pipeline CRM? Organised, information can easily be filtered, many useful data can easily be generated..draft functionality. We at times forget to send mail we draft but with this functionality one can anytime go back and send. Can be linked with other tools..

What do you like best about Pipeline CRM? The ability to create custom fields and do advanced sorting with those fields. It makes the CRM feel more custom to our specific sales process.

"Easy to User and resourceful"

What do you like best about Pipeline CRM? The user interface is easy to navigate and the filtering ability is what we need to kickstart the deal. The color is not too sharp nor distracting. It is a great place to log all client messages so at a later time we can come back and review them anytime we want.

"Simple, Intelligent, Efficient and Effective"

What do you like best about Pipeline CRM? Previously having used other CRM in the market the last thing you would want to do is get bogged down with too much data entry. Simple features within PipelineDeals like automatically populate an address makes life easier that effectively help you get on with your work.

"Allows for full service of customers through synced dialogue."

What do you like best about Pipeline CRM? Pipeline deals allows my boss, our regional sales rep, and I to all work together on the same client always knowing what is current for the client and what information he/she has given us. Allows for full service this way.

What do you like best about Pipeline CRM? Ease of use. Great for organization of opportunities, contacts and leads. The reporting feature is fantastic. The ability to run, create and save customized reports was helpful for forecasting. The calandra was easy to use and read. Navigating through the product was simple.

What do you like best about Pipeline CRM? Undoubtedly the best feature of PipelineDeals is its simplicity and the ability to be "up and running" in a matter of a few minutes. The system is quick and responsive in its design and was very easy to use as a desktop CRM replacement.
