"A CRM for something other than sales"

What do you like best about Pipeline CRM? It allows you to create a high level of custom fields specific to your own needs. Our purpose for its use is not strictly sales, so to still be able to use it in a way that's organized and provides all the information we need about an individual is very strong.

"Pipeline deals review"

What do you like best about Pipeline CRM? Ease of use. Great for organization of opportunities, contacts and leads. The reporting feature is fantastic. The ability to run, create and save customized reports was helpful for forecasting. The calandra was easy to use and read. Navigating through the product was simple.

What do you like best about Pipeline CRM? I like the fact that I can setup and search for particular fields. This makes it nice so that I can have a few different types of searches.

What do you like best about Pipeline CRM? Data is instantly backed up in the Cloud, the web-based interface is fast and easy-to-use, and the customer support is excellent - I know they've already made several changes to the software based on our company's suggestions.

"Getting to know Pipeline Deals and it is robust and powerful!"

What do you like best about Pipeline CRM? It is easy to use for the most part and can be picked up fast. I don't like things that take too much time out of the selling day and Pipeline is a perfect compliment to the task of recording information.

"Pipeline Review for Knight"

What do you like best about Pipeline CRM? The compilation of all things. I can save calendar invites in Outlook and it automatically is in Pipeline and vice versa. My customer relationship management has excelled tremendously due to the tabs it keeps on my customers and such. Probably my favorite thing is how easily i can filter through on the People page to find exactly what I need on a group of customers or one single one.
