"Gets the job done"
What do you like best about Pipeline CRM? I like the ability to create custom filters for deals, and the fact that you can copy pipeline deals when emailing your clients. I also like the ability to merge contacts, however you should allow your clients to choose which one is going away and which one stays.

"Solid Reliable Performance"
What do you like best about Pipeline CRM? My sales force is older and not technologically driven. The group as a whole was able start using this tool immediately and we have not had any trouble getting all users engaged.

"Overall a good experience, but has some bugs that need to be worked out."
What do you like best about Pipeline CRM? I really like that I can plan my day and who I am going to contact. The phone app reminds me that I have late tasks, and I can put in everything I say and do all day (I have so much going on I usually forget by the end of the day). I also like that it is easy to keep track of what I do so I can show my boss easily what I do every day.

What do you like best about Pipeline CRM? Ease of use. Great for organization of opportunities, contacts and leads. The reporting feature is fantastic. The ability to run, create and save customized reports was helpful for forecasting. The calandra was easy to use and read. Navigating through the product was simple.

What do you like best about Pipeline CRM? Easy to use, intuitive, I have used Salesforce, and appreciate the smaller "footprint" and learning curve. What do you dislike about Pipeline CRM?

"It has been overall pretty decent. There are definitely some limitations that we have found. "
What do you like best about Pipeline CRM? I like the fact that I can setup and search for particular fields. This makes it nice so that I can have a few different types of searches.
