"Pipeline Deals is great CRM option for small teams "
What do you like best about Pipeline CRM? The platform overall is really user-friendly once you learn the ropes. Their customer service has been stellar every time we have had any issues. I use it mostly for managing press contacts, and it has been great to track that activity in one place and be able to see when journalists open my emails.

"PipelineDeals was the best fit for us"
What do you like best about Pipeline CRM? There is no shortage of CRM providers so trialed 5 different ones. Some were too complicated. Others required too much manual entry. For me, PipelineDeals met our requirements, is straightforward to use, and will help us do what we need to do better. What do you like best about Pipeline CRM? I use multiple tools, and I find PLD Simple, Intuitive & Bug-Free Bug Free is no easy thing, check Zoho :)
