What do you like best about Pipeline CRM? I really love how easy PipelineDeals is to use. Everything is right at my finger tips and clickable links make jumping from page to pay so great. I like the tags in activities too, it makes communication between my peers so easy.

What do you like best about Pipeline CRM? The platform overall is really user-friendly once you learn the ropes. Their customer service has been stellar every time we have had any issues. I use it mostly for managing press contacts, and it has been great to track that activity in one place and be able to see when journalists open my emails.

What do you like best about Pipeline CRM? There is no shortage of CRM providers so trialed 5 different ones. Some were too complicated. Others required too much manual entry. For me, PipelineDeals met our requirements, is straightforward to use, and will help us do what we need to do better.
