Pipedrive experience for NGO
We've been looking for a CRM solution for NGO (located in Warsaw, Poland). We've made a market review and chose Pipedrive for it's intuitive approach, self-explanatory data importing features and clear screen design. We're just on the beginning of the journey, but so far, everything is just as we expected.

Finally found what I was looking for!
I had been looking to automate our sales process for about a year. Having looked at other products nothing was quite hitting the mark. Pipedrive offered a 2 week free trial and it was ticking all of the boxes that I was looking for. I genuinely enjoy working with it.

Attention to detail, great listener, supportive, and proactive team!
The representative that I was matched with, John, was incredible - diligent, responsive, helpful, and flexible. My company required buy-in from many individuals, and John helped me greatly by accommodating scheduling requests, presenting clear and detailed information about Pipedrive's capabilities, and answering the many questions that came his way, 10/10 would work with him again.
