Pipedrive is both attractive and Intuitive
Pipedrive is both attractive and intuitive to use. Both of which are non-negotiable items for me. It has direct integrations with many key softwares and also can use Zapier for additional integrations which is awesome. I went through about 60 different free trials for CRMs before settling on Pipedrive. The cost, its feature set, and the ease of use are the primary reasons I decided to go with Pipedrive. I have received plenty of support even during the trial period.

Simple + Easy | Gets the Job Done
The attentiveness of Stephani and the personal demo provided were a great view into the CRM. It is very easy to use and straightforward. I was looking for a CRM that could offer project management but all of them were so customizable that it was overwhelming. Not with Pipedrive, though. Simple, easy, and great customer service!

Great so far!
Just started using Pipedrive, but it is great so far. Doesn't need a lot of customization to get going, and has a good partnership with Linkmatch to sync LinkedIn messages. Easy to use interface for contacts, leads, and deals. I also haven't used the email automation yet, but it seems powerful.

Very easy to use and quick to manage
Very easy to use and quick to manage. We switched to Pipedrive and left Zendesk. Pipedrive is also way more cost-effective than most CRMs
