Pipedrive support team is a true gem in today's world of bots

Each time I contact Pipedrive support team, I get amazed – not just by how competent they are, but also how kind, cooperative and willing to help they are. Their support (incl. account manager Ricardo and Mariana from the billing team) is a true gem in today's world of chatbots, automated interactions and incompetent support agents who are usually anything but helpful. Pipedrive as a CRM tool is great, but what makes it stand out from the competition are the people behind it.

I love Pipedrive

I love Pipedrive. It is the platform that really achieves what I need for our business. It allows me to to keep track of all my leads and contacts and see exactly where they are in my pipeline. I also like how it's affordable for a small business.
