"The Perfect CRM"

What do you like best about Pipedrive? I have all my leads, clients, and prospects in one place. I can communicate with my leads and prospects directly from my CRM. It is very compatible with many other software for integration as well.

Joana was extremely well-versed in the things that I needed from the CRM and explained well when I asked the questions. She was also friendl With pre-sale questions, she was responsive. The CRM is just what I needed to start tracking opportunities that come my way and is a definite upgrade from Microsoft Excel.

Great experience

So far my experience with Pipedrive has been great. It is easy to customize to my needs and the support I have been getting is great. I am anxious to get the rest of my team involved in using the software as well. The staff has been really helpful.

Serves our purpose, proactive account management+

I can recommend Pipedrive. We’ve been evaluating Pipedrive as a test pilot in a small team. We found that Pipedrive greatly serves our purpose and are using it now in a team with up to 40 users. Importing data from various sources works well. The only thing we’ve been missing is options to clean, merge, transform and validate data. With Insycle as a addition we could easily solve that too.
