"Excellent support, easy analytics, easy workflow"

What do you like best about Pipedrive? Support was excellent throught the integration, contact data upload and management, it also have lots of documentation to help understand its workflow. Sotware is easy to use, offer automation, forcasting, intigrations and scalling capabilities. Overall a great tool.

Garrett was AWESOME!

Garrett was great in our search to change CRMs. I did a ton of research before even reaching out to the candidates and Garrett was nothing but informed, patient, and consultative. He never pushed and understood our time frames and needs. As a Sales Leader, I appreciate his sales tactics and the ones he chose not to use (the dreaded 'double tap' phone calls, insistent emails, etc.). Joana was extremely responsive and…

Joana was extremely responsive and provided all the information that I needed to help me make my decision on choosing Pipedrive over our current CRM. Furthermore, the customer support and onboarding assistance has been great so far. Neave was able to answer my questions and provide help with using Pipedrive that my previous CRM was just unable to. I also appreciate how clean the UI/UX of Pipedrive, it is incredibly simple to get into and use.

Excellent Customer Service!

Excellent Customer Service! I tried to get help from the chatbot, but I couldn't make it understand my question. I ended up emailing my implementation person at Pipedrive and receiving personalized help right away. Both Joana and Spencer went above and beyond and were very patient with me.
