Alice helped us immensely wrap our minds around how to best use Pipedrive. Very responsive to our questions. I am just not sure if I manage to implement all things but will get started now and have assembled my contacts in Excel format to import into Pipedrive.

Intuitive. Easy to use. Configurable to our needs.

For us, Pipedrive is one of the few CRM's that is actually intuitive and easy to use while being powerful enough to be tailored to meet the requirements of our specific use case. As a small company, we needed something that doesn't require a dedicated software engineer to get up and running, but still provides a rich feature set that can help our sales and marketing teams be more effective. Pipedrive perfectly fits that criteria.
