From all the CRM solutions out there Pipedrive has the most simple solution giving helping us to boost and coordinate sales without spending hours on the configuration and paying for tools we don't need in our B2B-business. It is already the third time implementing pipedrive in a company.

A very flexible and powerful tool to build any custom CRM solution
Pipedrive's CRM is a great flexible tool to build a custom solution for multiple purposes. As a product manager, it was very easy to design and configure according to my needs. The customer team was very helpful during this process, allowing us to smoothly do the migration from the previous CRM to this new version.

"Pipedrive works for us!"
What do you like best about Pipedrive? Ultimately we appreciate Pipedrive for the fact that it delivers great value for the price, at all subscription levels. It is fast, easy to use and is focussed on the experience of real salespeople. The sales manager can also drill down to obtain the reports she/he will need.

Starting a new business and your structure of setting up a new company, populating custom fields are all much simpler and user friendly compared to other CRMs I have used in the past.

Pipedrive is the best CRM I've ever…
Pipedrive is the best CRM I've ever used. I implemented the software at my previous company and built out a sales team with only this. After an acquisition we had to move to Salesforce and nobody liked it. Now that I am launching a new company, I recommended Pipedrive and we are back up and running. The new features like email tracking and drip campaigns are a gamechanger. Very happy!

Alice helped us immensely
Alice helped us immensely wrap our minds around how to best use Pipedrive. Very responsive to our questions. I am just not sure if I manage to implement all things but will get started now and have assembled my contacts in Excel format to import into Pipedrive.
