"Structure of information, ease of access to data, integrations and reminders"

What do you like best about Pipedrive? Having the information available, in a history format (notes, emails, calls, etc.). I don't need to remember stuff, when somebody calls, I can go to Pipedrive and see in seconds where that deal is at, the latest interactions.

Garrett was phenomenal

Garrett was phenomenal, he was instrumental in helping us get Pipedrive setup. Instead of focusing on making the sale he instead focused on understanding what we needed and helping us find work arounds. He did not hesitate anytime we had questions or join us on interactive calls.

Great Customer Experience

I especially liked the availability of some PreSales services, even though the product is self-service based. A phone call and custom demo made the decision quite easy. In contrast to some competitors who offer self service products this is a big advantage to me! Otherwise I can only say so far that the product is easy and great to use.
