First time Pipedrive User

Really enjoyed Pipedrive's easy to use interface, it is all clearly laid out and easy to navigate. It has been a breath of fresh air as a small business to use and be able to effectively & efficiently track our progress. As its the first time I used it vs other big known brands in the market, I feel it competes on the same level. It is a great tool and can be powerful if used correctly.

Leveling up our sales game

We recently started using Pipedrive because we wanted to level up our sales game and add professionalism by eliminating provisional documents. Pipedrive wasn't as easy to get started with as we expected, but now that we have a firm grasp of it, it saves us a lot of time. The information is easy to find, and, most importantly, the clients are happy because it's very easy for them to navigate and see real-time results and progress.

Stephani was knowledgeable and able yo answer all of our questions and concerns in a timely manner. She also understood the nature of a running business and allowed us to extend our trial period several times to accommodate. Pipedrive was recommended by trusted business partners and we are excited to get this puppy off the ground!

Pipedrive has been a great tool for our company. We like that it is versatile to meet the needs of our specialized industry out of the box. I want to especially recognize our Senior Success Manager, Joe Robinson, for being available to listen, support and advise as we go through our journey. Orla has been absolutely awesome...

Working with Orla has been an absolute dream... she's been super responsive and helpful and bent over backwards to arrange whatever demo's etc we've needed. I'd already trialed other systems but was a bit behind with looking into Pipedrive. However that all changed when I got in touch with Orla! She fast made up the ground and overtook everyone else, and it made the whole process of choosing the right system so straightforward. I'm loving my experience of Pipedrive so far... very intuitive ...
