I've used a lot of different CRM's over the years. My favorite has been Pipedrive. Not only is it feature-rich with things that are important to me, like my sales pipeline, but it is activity-based. Meaning, the system regularly prompts you for next actions. This is crucial for keeping track of deals and customer relationships.

Price, quality AND service
You know the expression "Price, quality, service--pick two out of three?" Pipedrive actually gives you all three.Considering how budget-friendly Pipedrive is, you might expect reliable but basic product. In fact, you'll be amazed at the rich variety of ways to track your contacts.It's easy to learn, flexible, and when you run into an issue, support responds quickly. Definitely recommend.

The BEST CRM hands down!
Pipedrive is one of the most well-built pieces of software I've ever worked with. It's clear, easy to use, and customizable to the hilt. We use Pipedrive in our company and I love it so much I pretty much tell anyone who's looking for a CRM to give it a try.On top of all that, it's reasonably priced and they continue to make intuitive updates to the software.
