Online help is next to useless even…
Online help is next to useless even when screenshots are sent. They struggle to elaborate around functionality and specific issues that are occurring. It is a good CRM but the support in place to get the best from it and those intricate details to truly monitor a team and produce results are hard to reap with too many hidden functionalities.

Simple and Customizable
It is a great system fro tracking sales efforts by way of stages, activities, and much more. Features are always being updated with new ones introduced as soon as they are available without the need for lengthy downtime. Being on the cloud, Pipedrive can be accessed from both computer and phone app anywhere in the world. Another great thing is how easy it is to add custom fields, filters, etc.

Pipedrive is easy and clean to use
Pipedrive is easy and clean to use. I love the visual Pipeline. The contacts/organizations filters could be more intuitive, I always get stuck having to tweak those for longer than I want. I also wish there were ways to create different permission sets easier for various users.

Pipedrive is easy to use. We haven't spent much time teaching people to use it for this reason and that's awesome. We would like more robust reporting in the long run.

Simple easy
Simple easy, visual.There are countless CRM's out there from simple address books to complex systems that automatically do this or that that need a Phd to set up. Pipedrive for me is perfect. it is simple, and gives me a visual reminder of where each sale is at, since the whole goal is to get them to the finish line. An item on a to do list doesn't always convey how close we are to a sale.

We have grown with Pipedrive not just sales wise but organising and repeat works.Simple to add and remove seats as staff ebb and flo.The support team at Pipedrive are great if something does go awry.The Pipedrive team are always working on and adding new features. Integrated emails is such a time saver and ensures that we provide a consistent service with standardised emails, forms and processes for our customers.

Providing a structure for my marketing
I have only recently had to play a serious role in marketing and I am sure I am not getting the full benefit from Pipedrive. However the benefits for me are1 it provides a structured approach for me to maintain a record of where I am at with each client.2 It reminds me to follow up on the important clients I don't want red in all the columns3. I first found "Wunderlist
I first found "Wunderlist", and then "Trello", and now I can't stop talking about Pipedrive. A mix of a customizable task list, a customizable workflow, and a customizable database, Pipedrive doesn't stop there.
