Best CRM! Easy, Enjoyable, Flexible, Customizable

I have implemented Pipedrive at 3 companies now and everyone loves it! I love how autonomous the program is: updating and personalizing can happen in minutes and on the go. It is simple to learn on your own or after a 30 minute training, super intuitive. And ee all know Salespeople hate reporting; Pipedrive's interface makes it enjoyable and simple. The mobile app is wonderful as well. It's been great watching them grow and improve over the years. Looking forward to their future development!

Great pipeline management tool for sales

Easy planning, automation, tracking of correspondence with Outlook. I can see if and when they open emails and even if they clicked on a link within the email or not! This allows me to gauge temperature before even engaging in a phone conversation. Support is quick to respond and software is intuitive. Great product, highly recommend.

The most flexible CRM I've used!

Our whole team loves Pipedrive! We started off on a lower level plan and gradually as we got used to the process, and building out our own custom fields we've taken it from a place that we dump data and occasionally check to a place where we live. Managing our days, contacts and deals we're able to automate combining some external processes with Zapier and internal processes with Pipedrive. It has been awesome to my work flow

It has been awesome to my work flow. They have so many filters to tailor to your work flow. At times seems like a lot and need to watch a tutorial or ask for help to understand the filters and how to edit and adjust them. Would like the wording on the filters to be dumbed down, some of my other co- workers who use Pipedrive say the same and we have to figure out how to organize a new filter to find leads and production from a referral partner. But we love it

Pipedrive is solid

Pipedrive is a really good sales tool that allows me to create and manage my own pipeline. The ability to move deals in and out, create target closing dates, financial reporting and see what's happening on the activity side is solid.It lacks a little bit on some of the other reporting side, however. Good CRM, Highly recommend it.

Good program, easy to use and the app is very simple. Integration is easy, and we are able to use it with anything we want. Set up was quick, and modifying to our sales process was simple. The variety of set-ups and views makes it easy for each of our staff to use to their preference with out missing a beat. We do run into search issues from time to time, and maintenance does interfere, but it is a good program and we are glad we found it.
