System does a great job at CRM…
System does a great job at CRM functionality. It seems well-thought out and the features make sense. Customer service is really strong and are capable of answering all questions...typically go beyond what you expect. Very friendly too!

Excellent, Comprehensive (yet simple) Sales Platform!
I have used PipeDrive for almost 3 years now and I love it. It is very user friendly - allowing me to create all my own sales milestones and move my leads through them. It is definitely the simplicity that I like the most. I can see at a glance where I am at with all of my leads and I can easily set reminders to accomplish what I need to to move them through the next step of the sales process. Pipe drive was the easiest to lean how to use when first evaluating CRM software. It's customization make it very easy to configure for many different businesses. The support is very responsive. I would highly recommend.
