Super helpful for tracking updates, general info, and emails from clients.

What do you like best? It's super simple to use and customize to your liking. The UI is really smooth and fluid, and everything saves and updates without needing to refresh the page. Great CRM, very visual content and drastically improves organization.

What do you like best? I love being able to see clients in a "pipeline" from the first sales call all the way to a recurring customer. What do you dislike? You have to pay for each additional user in the system. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Not Enough Differentiation to Be Worthwhile

What do you like best? Pipedrive CRM is a traditional CRM with Accounts, Opportunities, and Contacts. It's only a worthwhile solution for companies that are managing a very small number of deals and work in very small teams. The one "advantage" or differentiation for Pipedrive is that the interface is heavily drag and drop. The Impact of Pipedrive

Pipedrive has assisted our small multi national Sales Team track all our deals on the table, update activities and help remind ourselves of pending work related to each deal. It has been an amazing Tool that we link to a Live dashboard that gives all of us an updated, real and current status of where we stand at any point in our year.

Pipe drive is much more user friendly…

Pipe drive is much more user friendly then sales force- at one click I get get a snapshot of my business. This helps me stay focused on the deals that are moving and follow up with ones that may need more work. It would be helpful to have some kind of integrated software for capturing business card information. Also maybe something that could run tandem with LinkedIn. Best CRM I've used and I am a sales guy that used to sell CRM systems to banks. I have used Pipedrive to run one software sales business and set up another. Its easy use, good mobile app, highly customisable and u sense they are actively/constantly improve it rather than just milk subscriptions for a stagnant product.
