Most user-friendly sales CRM on the market
What do you like best? We love the visual pipeline feature when you first log into Pipedrive. It gives a quick view of your hottest leads and is customizable to suit your sales cycle. We also find the iPhone app to be a perfect compliment to the desktop version. What do you dislike? The only drawback that we've come across is the inability to set a probability of close for each deal/opportunity. In Pipedrive, probability is set by the sales stage instead. Useful features and easy to navigate
What do you like best? I use the iPhone app quite a lot when travelling and it has proved very useful to keep track of meetings and search for previous conversation details What do you dislike? I would prefer to be able to close/won or close/lost a deal with a single operation rather than needing to change two separate fields each time. Super easy-to-use sales management tool!
What do you like best? It took less than a day to get familiar with the system and start using it. The UI and drag-and-drop capability are really comfortable and it takes no effort to get used to it. What do you like best? I like that Pipedrive can organizes my contacts and activities by deals. As a client relations manager, there are many things I have to do in a day. After going through over 15 CRM's and hating them all, I registered and logged into Pipedrive
What do you like best? After going through over 15 CRM's and hating them all, I registered and logged into Pipedrive and I literally feel right at home. This software reminds me of FogBugz (which we use heavily for bug/issue tracking with a Google UI feeling. I am so happy I found you guys. Keep up the great work. What do you dislike? The antidote for your sales management headaches
What do you like best? Before Pipedrive, we used a spreadsheet to track all our sales leads. It was headache inducing and non effective. We discovered our spreadsheet method was like attempting a lunar voyage with an origami spaceship. Then we found Pipedrive. Seriously, this is one of the most intuitive and kick ass sales management tools I have come across. Easy, quick, and productive.
What do you like best? Clear overview of sales preparation and realisation processes. What do you dislike? Not great for huge number of cold calls. Recommendations to others considering the product Give it a try. You will probably find it useful in less than a week! What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Getting a full grip on sales processes to identify bottle-necks and deal with them swiftly.

Improved efficiency
What do you like best? The tool is incredibly easy to navigate and easy to get a hang of. It made my day to day life much easier due to the fact that I could keep track of all my sales prospects. The best sales management tool
What do you like best? Pipedrive has a great user experience, awesome customer support and the app itself is built exactly for my needs.
