"Accommodation Centric"
What do you like best about Pipedrive? The best feature is the simplicity right "out of the box" and overall customizability of the platform. It's ability to interface so many different platforms to make the whole pipeline matriculation process is handled with incredible ease. Customer service is responsive and is handled primarily through email, but Pipedrive is very accommodating and willing to create a deal that will truly present value.

Great Report and support
During the trial period, we had many questions regarding reports and specific features we were looking for. Sales rep. tried to answer and returned with a solution or a way to do this. He also communicated with us almost every day to learn the platform's features. We also experienced different platforms, and Pipedrive is the one with quick returns and solutions.
