Easy to get started and outstanding interface

What do you like best? I like the overall simplicity and how much it can do for the price. Getting up and running takes a few hours depending on much "configuration" you want to do. By design, Pipedrive does not do all that much and that is a good thing in a way. Because there is only so much you can configure, the marketing and sales team (if not the entire small organization can get up and running in no time. Started out great, turned out to be awful and a huge waste of time

What do you like best? The product started out great. It is clean, simple, and easy to use. Our sales team had an easy time using it and it made entering deals less of a chore. There's still some weirdness in the interplay of deals, organizations, contacts, etc, but that is generally true with most CRM. Overall, functionality and interface were great and we went all-in on the product. What do you dislike? Once we went all-in, that's when trouble started. Everyone started randomly ...

Fast sales pipeline management

What do you like best? It does it's specific job very well; manage your sales pipeline in a way that's quick and intuitive. What do you dislike? I'd like a better calendar management and better integration with other systems. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We use it for our sales pipeline and I have seen a drastic reduction on dropped balls and admin time invested.

I love Pipedrive

What do you like best? II like that it is seamlessly integrated with my Google business account and that it's hosted in the cloud. Now I can track my new business opportunities from any computer as well as my smartphone. I also see that it is integrated with Zapier so I look forward to setting up some automation so I can be more productive and fill my "pipeline" with more deals. What do you dislike? Easy to use, very intuitive. Just what we were looking for.

What do you like best? Being able to drag and drop to track progress, plus ability to track results across different locations What do you dislike? Wasn't easy to fin out how to access the lost deals. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Tracking sales teams' efforts across a range of leads.

Easy to set up and use

What do you like best? Once this is set up and running, it is very easy to add, delete, and alter information in contacts as well as deals. Great for my smaller sales team to keep everything straight and updated in real time. Ability to easily and quickly add custom fields to any of the contacts or deals is also greatly appreciated! What do you like best? Ease of interface and customization. Price is reasonable for a small number of users. What do you dislike?
