Good for small teams selling products

What do you like best? The ease and simplicity I learnt to drive it in the trial period. What do you dislike? There is no printing on any of the screen and reports . Recommendations to others considering the product If it could be interactive with linkedin it would be more powerful. What business problems are you solving with the product? What do you like best? I've been working in sales for almost 10 years. As of now I haven't seen more convenient system to organize leads and deals than Pipedrive. Ever contact clients over US Mail? Tough!
What do you like best? For whatever reason, Pipedrive seems to be the only CRM software that (sort of allows you to accurately upload contacts from an excel spreadsheet. I still ended up having to convert it to a .csv file to get it right, but that's till better than PayPanther, Nutshell, or (gag Clio. So I'm not giving it a zero. What do you dislike? straightforward and easy to use CRM software
What do you like best? Having spent time with Salesforce I really appreciated how easy it was to use and we just love their on-boarding videos. Whoever made those videos is brilliant because it felt like such a chore getting up to speed with Salesforce but we had fun watching, as many times as we needed, the Pipedrive videos. What do you dislike? I still feel like it can be a bit glitchy and that I have to refresh the screen sometimes to see the changes that I or someone in my team ...

Simple CRM Tool
What do you like best? I like the simplicity and ease of use of the platform. What do you dislike? I don't like how it doesn't include the ability to easily delete people, and sometimes functionality is buggy. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I am in sales, and this software is integral to my sales process.
