Big Shine Energy is ran by a sales team that is supported by Pipedrive 100%
What do you like best? One place for my team to put all their data. Pipe drive makes it so easy for Big Shine to keep track of deals. Since we are doing outside sales of LED lighting its always good to keep track of the people you meet everyday. What do you dislike? Great product, highly customisable
What do you like best? The user interface is nicely designed. No steep learning curve. Drag and drop functionality in browser allows easy movement of leads. Excellent CRM for a Small Business that Looks Great, Affordable, and Easy To Use!
What do you like best? - I have used a variety of other CRMs (including 3 years with Salesforce and this one is the biggest bang for the buck! - It's is intuitive to use. Pipedrive is Awesome
What do you like best? This year is my first attempt to use a CRM. I convertrf from Insightly to Pipedrive and so glad I did. Pipedrive is much faster, much more versatile, and much more customizable. Pipedrive is also the CRM highly recommended by my business coach. I particularly like being able to simply schedule and activity and give it the appropriate type, rather then having to decide whether it's a task or an event. Pipedrive CRM is the small business solution to effectiveness and efficiency
What do you like best? The best part of Pipedrive is the ability to visually see exactly where your sales pipeline is at. You can drag and drop each deal in the appropriate column, and dig in to each one of those deals and create appointments, send emails, make notes and review the history of each touch point with the client. Easy to use, no stress
What do you like best? What I love about Pipedrive is how intuitive it is. It's so easy to put information in and itemise what tasks need to be done. I'm so busy juggling so many different things, that it's such a relief that all my contacts are stored with notes, so I can leave them for a week, but know what needs to be done when I get back onto it. PipeDrive has been a major improvement to our sales cycle, I don't know how we worked without it.
What do you like best? The separate pipelines and the boards to quickly see what stage everything is by far my favorite. The contact management and API are a close second. What do you dislike? There is no way to customize what goes on the cards in the board view, that would be nice to have, but is not a critical thing.
